4. Business Owners

• Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their service listings, pricing, and availability.
• Business owners must honour confirmed bookings unless cancelled in accordance with their own cancellation policy.
• Shumly is not responsible for the quality of services provided by businesses.

5. Bookings

• Bookings made through Shumly are agreements between the customer and the business.
• Customers will receive confirmation emails for bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
• Cancellation policies are set by individual businesses.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shumly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination
